Partridge Farm
Partridge Farm, Flinders Island is situated on the southern end of the Strzelecki Range within the eucalyptus trees overlooking Franklin Sound, island and beaches. We are four star accommodation with free range partridges, guinea pigs, Cape Barren geese, Rastus the alpaca, deer and dorper sheep, also with a large orchard, olive trees and vineyard.
Partridge Farm has three private modern units all with panoramic views of Frankin Sound. One B&B bungalow overlooking the deer paddock, the bungalow has a double bed and large spa with BBQ facilities. We also have two self contained units. The ‘Top House’ has 1 double room and two twin rooms with full kitchen facilities and BBQ. ‘The Retreat’ has a king size bed in a studio room with cooking facilities and BBQ. Both these units are situated amongst large gum trees but with great sea views. All units have a large wines and beer supply. Our guests can also experience Lorraine’s meals which are delivered to your units.
From Partridge Farm you walk to beaches, go fishing or simply take in the vista from accommodation. We are 10 kilometres from Lady Barron which has a supermarket/postoffice, tavern and port and 26 kms from the main township of Whitemark.
