Team Builders

Our highly experienced team facilitators work closely with you to develop a customised team building program with specific outcomes to be achieved over the two days.

Issues that are affecting team performance such as personal differences, inefficient processes and systems, poor client relationships can all be addressed.

We use the state of the art training facilities or select from a range of outdoor environments that meet your special needs.

Team morale is enhanced by staying in 5 star, hosted accommodation where they can sit and enjoy the million dollars views while sampling the extensive menu featuring local produce including seafood and lamb for which the Island is famous.

Optional Extras:

• One day 4 wheel drive tour of the Island.
• One hour flight from Lady Barron including the Strzelecki Peaks and Franklin Sound with its may Islands.
• Half or Full day fishing from Lady Barron or Emita
• Flight of the Shearwaters; 2 hour cruise to watch thousands Shearwaters returning to their nests on the outer Islands at dusk (November to March)
